Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing some art of mine! It means so much to me and helps me support my dreams and feed my dog. You’re awesome! As an art collector myself, I realize how much it really can change and transform a space and vibe.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-15 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you package is lost in transit, please contact me via hello@braighlee.com within 48 hours you receive your order to start the process.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at hello@braighlee.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
