"Kiss from a Rose on the Grey" is a 10” diameter floral oil study on ¾ inch thick circular canvas. This painting was born from exploring the side of me that I usually fear. The side of my personality that’s impulsive, that make quick decisions, that is a little obsessed with chaos and disorder. I’ve welcomed the this idea of drastic change here, and Ive channeled it into these three round paintings as a set you can view here:
